If u fry the jonna ravva in 1 spoon of ghee say for 1 or 2 mts and then pour water and pressure that's it,hope u try this

మీరు చేసి చూపించిన జొన్న అన్నం ను మన రాయల సీమ ప్రాంతాల్లో... ముఖ్యంగా కర్నూలు, అనంతపురం జిల్లా లలో "జొన్న సంకటి" అని అంటారు. ఇప్పటికీ ఆ జిల్లాల పరిధిలో ఉండే పల్లెటూళ్ళలో ఈ జొన్న సంకటి నీ ఆహారంగా తీసుకుంటారు. అలాగే రాగి పిండి తో మాత్రమే చేసే దానిని "రాగి ముద్ద" అని, రాగి పిండి లో కొన్ని నూక బియ్యాన్ని కలిపి చేసే దానిని "రాగి సంకటి"అని అంటారు. కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రం లో ఎక్కువగా రాగి ముద్ద నీ ఆహారంగా తీసుకుంటారు. రాయల సీమ ప్రాంతాల్లో రాగి సంకటి నీ ఆహారంగా తీసుకుంటారు. జొన్న సంకటి కి గానీ, రాగి సంకటి కి గానీ ఏదైన ఆకుకూర పప్పు... ఇంకా ఏదైన మాంసాహార పులుసుల తో తీసుకుంటే చాలా రుచికరంగా ఉంటాయి. ఇంక వాటికి నెయ్యి జోడిస్తే ...ఆహా.... ఆ రుచే వేరు... చాలా కమ్మగా ఉంటుంది .🤤🤤🤤👍🌹🙏🙏🙂💐🤘

Thankyou Manjula and to your friend. I made jonna Annamu today. Once I grind jowar into Rava and I measured it . I got 1 3/4 cups of Rava exactly. I added 3 to 4 cups of water into that. It came out like knots and not enough water. Something I did wrong.My question is do I need to add 6 cups of water or 3 cups of water.? Please let me know. Since I live in USA I used Vita mixie. It’s littlebit hard to get Rava. what mixie u used. Please please let me know. But I like the taste very much. Thanks to you guys.

And farmers it's self selling the gaumatha cow to the markets for beef it's really very sad to listen this all , becoz now totally animal farming is not doing . And this all things I observed from 5 months onwards maa becoz now iam living in my grandma house 🏠 preparing for neet . Becoz I have no social media so I use to see video of u and some other few channels , pls maa I hope u can understand my concern 🥰.
