I picked the word "Foundation". I'm finishing up a school program, looking into moving, and dating a really awesome guy all next year. I feel like I'm laying down the foundation for the rest of my life, so I'm hoping focusing on this word will help me take this next year very seriously and lay down a sturdy one.

Mine is going to be EMBRACE. Lots of changes coming our way, and I struggle sometimes with the daily duties I already have (housework, homeschool, etc). So I will EMBRACE the things that I purposefully choose to fill my days with! (and let the rest go using my graceful "no")

Hey all! My Word for next year will be "FOCUS"!

*Picking a word of the year is a really creative idea! I have heard about it before in passing but I didn't realize how powerful it was until I watched this!* 😯
New subbie! I have heard of this before and this year I have decided to implement it! BOUNDARIES. Because as a parent I really need to set them, and in defense of my children, I really need to respect them. I can feel the growth already!

I just had my second baby and can totally relate to the need of boundaries, especially with my toddler running underfoot and a newborn in my arms. 😊
My word is "steadfast" this year! I want to focus on staying consistent in my habits instead of just following my emotions. I'm even vlogging my progress with my word at the end of each month for accountability and to track my growth throughout the year :)

Everything. I need to purge all the unnecessary things for my home and the negative people from my life
