Thank you for the drive along through the Spanish Springs area & the Historic Side. More affordable & and access to shopping & dining on 27/441 & Spanish Springs Town Square. Plus the homes in this area had no bond or the bond has been paid off.
I’m thinking of moving to the villages as I had a heart attack and stroke in November. I live alone in the far Pacific Northwest. My only family, a daughter lives in Orlando. Not sure if I’ll be able to drive so I think a place where a golf cart would get me almost anywhere I want would be great. I know the weather will be very different. People here are looking for air conditioning when it gets much above 75.

Not always pronounced by that. In Colorado we pronounce it Beuuuuna Vista and never say Bway-na. That's how you tell a local from an out of towner. Just depends on where you are.

I don’t know if I would like a real old home, but I do love the big trees. I used to living where there are forests,snd big trees.
They have big trees in the Marion County part of the Villages.
