Golf cart ride fail! 4K in the Villages Florida

- This ride didn’t go as planned. Camera failed two different days and never made it to Brownwood. Maybe another time with a different camera. Still thought the video was fun and did you like my wife’s narration? This was a test of the microphones and cart noise. These videos are harder to record than most would think but it came out pretty good. This is a new one to add to the series I did previously.
The Villages Florida is a large community with many Villages so I drove around in my golf cart visiting a number of them. So I have decided to make it a series starting with Newell & Lake Denham then Dabney & the Enclave, followed by Moultrie Creek and areas around Eastport. Many of my video channel comments stated they would like to see more villages even if they are a little long. This is a long video. Apologies!

Nice ride Gary and Lonna thanks for taking us along!! Your microphones sounded great and a lot of GoPros have problems with high temps and will shut off. The course at Richmond is an 18 hole pitch & putt.
My camera was an older Insta360 rs type. On the internet many have complained about the suddenly shutting down. I was hoping to get some use out of it. I didn’t know Richmond was 18 holes. I have got to try it. Thanks for watching.

Coming to the TV on a lifestyle visit tomorrow for 4 days. Hopefully leave Friday with a good idea of where to build/buy. I do know I’ll definitely put a ceiling fan in the garage just to keep the air moving. Have one down here in Naples and it really makes a difference. Thanks for the videos.
The overhead fan idea sounds like a good idea. Made me think if two swivel fans on the walls would help some. Just hard to reduce the heat when the outdoor temp is 95 degrees.
You’re going to lose on your sale in Naples and lose in tv over the next few years. I’m a 23 million dollar real estate developer. I’d put a mini split in the garage if you are year round.
You could install or have installed a mini split AC in your garage. I installed one in mine. What a difference!

Hi Chris. They definitely have more car rotaries here than anywhere else. You get tired of them pretty quickly. They are starting to appear now on the new golf cart trails as well. Sounds like good summer weather for you in Northwood.

The microphones worked good but that camera I used just doesn’t like 90 degrees.

Is that a QuietTech cart? I noticed that you both were carrying on a conversation without having to yell. That's reassuring to see/hear.
Yes it is a Yamaha QuietTech 2023.

It is a gas powered cart and has some insulation around the muffler to reduce the noise level. Still not as quiet as an electric but cost less & can go further on a trip.

Karen this is my 4th summer and it seems like the hottest I have experienced but still prefer the villages surrounding.
