LOVED THIS-- I'm having panoptix put in my right eye in Nov. I am having re-attachment of retina surgery in Oct. 15th.. and that has to heal before they'll do the other. Hope I can get one in the left too, but don't know yet if I'm going to have vision AT ALL in the left one-- the cataract was like a ROCK (I have it in a jar), and the retinal detachment OLD.. WAY past when it should have been done. Only possibility of sight returning-- it's looking good so far though.. and I can't wait to get the panoptix in the right one.
Great for me but need reading lights where I didn’t previously, need sunglasses most of the time out of doors and see distracting Coronas around traffic lights and tail lights at night. Had mine implanted October 2020 shortly after FDA approval in US. Now 75 and free of glasses. Highly recommend the lens
Seeing 20/20 on an eye chart doesn't mean you 're getting the best detail and contrast and dim light vision you'd get with a good proven monofocal lens. Getting totally rid of glasses is not my prime objective. I would like to hear from someone who has a good monofocal in one eye and panoptix in the other and then compare sharpness, contrast, night, and dim light vision at all distances etc.

How long after implant did it take for your vision to clear up??? AND how long to read?? Thanks
@@jimd7241 couple days for each eye. Lot of eye drops for a week or so then everything fine. Good vision I never had until advanced age.
Excellent!
Thank you for the comment!
