Good question. This is because the conductor is connected to ring and ring touches the brushes, so when conductor moves rapidly, the ring connected to it also moves. The moving ring touching the brushes generates current. Also the brushes are connected to wires.
If there is changing magnetic field existing somewhere then there would be changing electric field.so when conductor is moved in the magnetic field there would be changing electric field associated with the magnetic field and due to that changing electric field atoms having electrons present in the valence shell and bounded losely gets free and starts to travel and flow of electrons is current. due to that changing electric field associated with the changing magnetic field due to the conductor being moved in the magnetic field
