The consciousness VVK is talking about is paradoxically an unconscious self-awareness. So in that sense, I'd suggest that given the inherent contradictions between consciousness and unconsciousness, and his need to "classify" modes of being, that he should start seeing mental activity as a combination of different concomitant processes that are still mysteriously recruited. And that destroys the modern idea of consciousness as such. Because if things always bubble up, and they do so from without consciousness, consciousness is then only a tiny fraction of self-awareness that doesn't explain the whole of the human cognition. Basically, you have to admit there are unconscious mental processes (the heart) which run in parallel to consciousness and direct it always, whether you be asleep, awake, midway, concentrated, in a flow state, etc.
The question of God being conscious is answered on the cross. Even though God Himself showed how far the flesh could be from the Spirit He nonetheless never severed the connection between both, and maintaining the possibility of flesh holding the Spirit in the precise right way: he lived by forgiving others their trespasses. So at the very least Christ being God is living proof of God's consciousness.
The question remaining is... Is the Father conscious? Are angels and demons conscious? Insofar as they act, and you understand consciousness not as self-awareness but as knowing what they aim towards, not only would I say yes, but the Trinity is itself the image of the attributes of each person shared. The Trinity is inherently incarnational, so the very idea of conceptually separating Christ from His Father would be an insane Gnostic leap and a denial of it.
I would say that you cannot separate matter from spirit no matter how much you try to pry them apart.
I agree, i think the matter is spirit vibrating at a certain frequency. The spirit is pure energy and the matter is fractal manifestations of it. We are it looking at itself.

I think you need to parse out conscience from consciousness. Because the consciousness you're talking about sounds almost exactly like the nous, "the mind", "the heart", "the eye of the soul".
