Data centers are just infrastructure. They don’t need as many people as IT companies or developers. Most of their work is automated, so only a few people are needed for maintenance and operations.

Hinjewadi, Wakad and Pimple Saudagar, Baner, Balewadi , Ravet, Punawale side areas are much better than Kharadi & Wagholi side infrastructure. Roads are big and Metro is also available or upcoming. The area is also cheaper and much more developed than the Kharadi side. Microsoft has made a good decision for long term sustainability. Most of Kharadi side companies are on lease and should come back to Hinjewadi, Ravet or Balewadi side. Atleast they should have opened one additional office at West Pune side. Kharadi mein flats already 3cr+ mein hai with the worst infrastructure 😂

I have a question I booked a flat at Youthika Sparkle Lohagaon I see on the Rera website that B building got approval for 13 floors but A building has not received approval for the last 6 months builder is giving a reason that he needs to submit some land to the government for road expansion after that he will get approval can we trust the builder?

this deal does not make any difference to other buyers, Adani already started construction of two data center one in pimpri chinchwad and one in Bhosari, data center has minimum manpower working and design and execution team keeps moving after the project is done
