great stuff :) have you ever thought about using a laser pointer (or just some kind of stick) to point to the things that you want to show to us? I think this would be super helpful to better understand what you are talking about :)
Nice Video series but I can't agree with deleting an ACD system . The engineers at Mitsubishi knew what they were doing. The ACD T case works better for drag, street, road racing when tuned. English racing went right into the 7's with a custom tuned stock ACD T case. I drove my car one time with the ACD system disabled and it wasn't nimble and had a heavy steering feel. An ACD tune makes a large difference. Both my cars have functioning ACD systems at 700/1100hp.
I have no doubt that they knew what they were doing, just a personal choice for my build. I'll have a Stage 2 Tcase w/ WaveTrac so I'm excited to see what it does. I looked at it as a preventative measure for later on. I've seen a LOT of people have issues with their ACD case/pump and with parts getting harder to find and the car being torn down like this I figured..take care of it now. To each their own tho!
@@RyneDickens Sometimes the "why we are in there" or "Preventative measure" approach gets carried away. FWIW, I agree with you that Parts for both Tcase's are getting harder to find. Pump rebuild parts are out there. Looking forward to you getting the car back on the road Sir.
Not that I am aware of? I’ve not seen anything about it, but I will mention it to the tuner once I get the car ready to run just in case there is something (codes, etc.)
I'm not 100% sure to be honest, it's been so long since I looked at it haha. I went back and looked at the images I took of the unit and I couldn't see one..but I have since sold it so I cannot confirm on that!

That’s actually not a bad idea haha! I didn’t think of that, I was just gonna get more lights hopefully to brighten things up but that would work too!

@@Anotherboost yea I agree, it can. But for what I wanted out of the build, it should do well! Thanks, shouldn't be too much longer now!!
😁
Do you have any idea where I can find and buy a non-ACD T case?
I would just keep an eye on eBay or in some Evo facebook groups/marketplace, I found mine on eBay
do you have to do any tune on the ecu for the acd delete?

Is there a bleed nipple on the ACD connection?

Did you sell the acd t case yet?
I have not!
