I’m dealing with green nails right now!! I took my press on nails off last night and half of my nails are green! I am so upset about it.

I started using glue on nails because my nails weren't growing that much anymore and kept splitting. I really love the look of the fake nails. I only use medium length french nails and I use polish on them as I like. Much easier than even just polishing without fake nails. Unfortunately, I started to get the green stuff. Now it's on almost every finger. But of course I'm still using the fakes because, of course I have to cover up the green! I know I can't keep this up. I notice you have polish on now. Were you able to wear polish while healing your fingers?
Did you somehow solve the problem? I have the same problem and I don't know what to do. The greener it is, the more I cover it with fakes
@@jojoba3715 No, but they aren't as bad as a year ago. I only have 3 nails with light green now. I do just keep covering them with new nails. I buff the surface of the nail with the little nail file that comes with the Kiss nails. I have not had any ill effects from the greening. ( I mean health-wise). It's just unsightly.
Can use dilated bleach to surprise the growth of the fungus .
You need to be careful with water and moisture. It gets underneath the acrylic or fake nail and marinates.
Keep gloves on when washing dishes and dry nails off and use antibacterial soaps to wash
Hello! I used regular polish sparingly when healing my greenies. I only used one or two very light coats, no base or top coat since I would wear the polish for a day or two at a time. I don’t mind slapping a quick coat on as needed, it wasn’t much but was better than looking at greenies! I was giving myself anxiety that I wasn’t fully letting them ‘breathe’ which is why I didn’t keep them painted for longer bouts of time. Not sure if that was sound logic but made sense to me at the time! Seemed to work well
This was very informative because I want to continue to try the press on nails. I started because I eczema breakout with normal and gel manicures, not with press on nails. Plus I am saving a lot of money and I like the look.
