This is informative. Question - I've got a paid subscription on Envato elements and am not a designer though I run my small business. I need to design my posts and so on, I have downloaded files like social media posts from Envato elements and they don't open on my pc, I've been working on this for hours and from what I've gathered online it looks like I need to go and pay other subscriptions elsewhere to open Envato. Could you please help, perhaps am missing something? I tries to write to the customer contact address I found, no response yet.
Hey @RW405PRODUCTIONS-gn6gr! I usually only do freelance instructional design and interactive video projects for companies, so unfortunately I couldn't tell you what I'd charge for editing a transition. ☺
This will let you download the video files themselves. If you want to edit the files, you'll need to get editing software like Camtasia (listed here) www.theinteractivestory.com/elearning-resources/#tools
You can search for "overlay" and download a template. You may want to use the filter on the left side of the screen to choose the tool you plan to use the overlay in (After Effects, Premier Pro etc). They usually provide a file with installation instructions in the downloaded folder. Hope that helps, @puppycarsplays5560!
Hi @rickwison5117! Actually I'm not available to provide editing services for other creators. But you might want to check on Fiverr or Upwork for editors, as there are quite a few people available there. Best wishes to you on your sports news!
Good video! Thank you. One aspect is unclear, though. Who owns the copyright of the videos you create using content downloaded from Envato Elements? They say copyright owners retain rights over their content, even if you get a commercial license to use it. So, can you claim copyright on the videos you make if they contain content copyrighted by others? 🙄
Thanks @alex-dq2wk! I believe as long as you're using the downloaded content to create your own new creative content, the Envato commercial license will cover you. The only restrictions they list is that you can't use them for broadcast (TV or theatrical release), and on-demand services (like on-demand T-shirt printing etc). Here's their policy page for more info elements.envato.com/license-terms#:~:text=Clear%20guidelines%20on%20what's%20not%20allowed&text=You%20can't%20re%2Dsell,T%2Dshirt%20is%20not%20allowed.
Thanks. Is taking one subscription of US$ 16.50 enough ? To access everything ? I saw someone selling multiple subscriptions for envato? I want to be able to create new sites what license is enough for that to have working ? Do we also get all the pictures that are shown in the template ? Thanks in advance
One subscription is enough if you are one person who will be using the Envato assets. Even if you're creating multiple projects or websites for clients, your Envato license continues to work for you. Here's the link to use👉1.envato.market/kjo0E3 The only reason you would need to get more Envato subscriptions is if you have a team of people in your organization - then each person needs their own Envato subscription (you can get the team discount, described in the video) When you get a template, you should get all of the pictures shown too. Just remember to add a new license for every new project where you use those pictures
Yes, the sound effects and music are pretty useful @ejirolucky6981. You may want to try editing the video using another tool like Capcut or Camtasia, so they will better fit your needs.

This has been the most used video I’ve watched as a beginner on Envato. Thank you so much!
Thanks so much, @krafty_ma! Your comment made my day ☺
Great video. I was looking exactly at this. Thank yu
Thanks so much, @constanzalealdiaz3816 - your comment made my day!
how much do you charge to edit a transition?

How do you overlay I saw it in a video

I don’t get it
@@puppycarsplays5560 Can you explain what you mean by "overlay" and provide an example?
I really would like you to assist me with editing my sports news for kids transition. Do you have a email address or anyway to contact you?

Informative video ❤from india
After ended subscription can i use previously used assets in new project
Thanks so much! You’ll need to renew your subscription to use them in a new project. But your previous projects will be fine.

the only useful part has been the sound. Most of the videos cannot be edited to meet your private needs

Thank you. That’s what I thought
