請問怎樣可以保持豬油渣的脆度呢?
建议可以在常温封闭管保持噢
为什么必须要等油凉了才可捞起猪油渣?
您也可以直接炸好直接捞出噢 但切记火候要控制的好的 不然就焦了噢,视频中是用油的余温慢慢加热噢 比较安全

Pork rind at room temperature for 1 weeks, lard is recommended to be refrigerated 😊

放上盐之后不仅可以增加猪油的底味,让猪油更好吃,味道更香浓。还能够让猪油保存的时间更长。
