Sir hereditary office ko thora described kar dijiye na with examples. Yeh bhi bata dijiyga ki sec 16 ke 3 exception dena ka reason kya hai. Mere book mai insecurity to prevent karne ke liye asa likha hai lekin usse clear nhi ho Raha hai sir isliye aap thora uspe charcha kar dijiye please 🥺
Sir ji judgement ko read kaise kiya jaay, short main bta dejiye,. Ye toa 300 ya 400 page ya issse jyada ki bhi ho sakti hai , kahi koi, part jaha judgement ka summary ho, please help us. Facts, issue , decision etc.
Sir I have a question ..... If a person gave a immovable property to x for life ... X dies leaving only a minor behind who is incapable of being sued in such a case what would be the relevance of 16(3) which provide no benefit to the plaintiff as to limitation
In case 16(2) gets applied to it then isn't this thing against the general principle behind this section which says ..time will not run unless there be a person who can sue and one who is to be sued
Cause of action means existence of a legal right and violation of such right.since the person is dead there will be no legal right of such person so how can u say that he would have right to institute a suit
