    Bear crawls are personally tough for me. 3 reps of 20 feet bear crawls already makes me tired after each set. But bear crawls will make you a beast so that’s why I do it.

      This particular video is goata. I don't say I do goata, because I still believe in a lot of the traditional lifts (not all) when done under the right circumstances, technique, and volume/frequency
