I'm pretty sure those temps would wreak havoc on the protein structure of the gluten in the crust, and possibly the casein in the cheese. Regardless, should be interesting!
@@es-rh8oo Pressure-cooking a pizza doesn't require that it be submerged in liquid. You can put the pizza on a rack, then add just enough liquid to fill the chamber with steam without actually touching the pizza with liquid water. Of course deep-frying a pizza would be interesting too, I just think it would be overly messy. All that liquid in the pizza, stuff would be flying off and contaminating the oil, and you'd probably just pull out a deep fried pizza crust with a smear of sauce remaining, while all the toppings were left behind swirling around in the oil.
