Hello, me and my ex have broken up about 7 months ago and we've been talking every day, he's always being hot and cold and I've tried no contact several times he has always texted me again aftair maximum a month minimum 2 days but we're not back together, he gets jealous a lot but he's been talking to a lot of girls he can leave them and let them be but when i leave he never lets me, what can i do? Actions matter. If he’s being extremely casual/nonchalant…and it’s been several weeks? Honey? He’s telling you you’re his “A-in the Hole.” The one who will be waiting on the sidelines. Getting back with an ex is about momentum. If, after you’ve had more serious encounters with them that they simply pull back? You’re being used. Start to focus on yourself. Build up your self esteem, hobbies, interests, etc. It’s important that YOU present yourself as a fully, happy and functional person. If you allow an ex(or anyone) to derail your life, thoughts, mental health, etc…you’re not coming through as strong as you could be. A woman who requires no validation is a beautiful thing.
