    Good morning, love waking up to a new video! Many will say the frozen tofu takes on a meaty texture. I love how your recipes are realistic and don’t require anything super fancy. My favorite vegetables that I use at all times are cabbage, carrots, onions, and potatoes. They help me stay on budget and watching you, I have many new ideas that I haven’t seen on other channels. I’ve avoided cashew based cheese sauces, because other channels make it look so complicated. You just throw the cashews in the sauce! And everything looks delicious. Thank you for this channel. I just love it.
    I’m also very interested in learning more about the food combinations that you eat to maximize your digestion. You mentioned that you don’t mix carbohydrates and proteins, and I have heard that before as an omnivore. I’d like to see a video with a little more detail about that, just a suggestion!

    • @thehaipath
      @thehaipath  5 місяців тому +2

      Hello and good day Suzanne!! We appreciate your love and appreciation for simpleton foods because sometimes that’s what we need. We go through lots of carrots onions potatoes and cabbage because it is cost effective for our large family too!
      Have you tried making a cashew sauce recently? Try it! Boil some, drain it but leave some water and just blend it. Play with the consistency and flavors!
      Ah yes, food combinations will be talked about in our Trey’s Health Journey video! We do touch on it a little and show you what book to find it in.
      If needed we can do a full video after this has been released!
      Ultimately yes this is how Trey eats. Fruits are eaten alone, you don’t mix melons you always eat those alone, apples too. Acidic fruits like lemons and limes can go with other fruits.
      No carb should be eaten with any protein but veg is the in between and can go with protein or carbs. This has helped Trey in his healing and helps allow your food to create the proper enzymes to digest your food correctly.

    I usually don't comment but I have been following you for awhile, and I just have to tell you that you have become such an inspiration for me
    I started not being able to cook pasta to save my life, but since starting doing cooking vlogs on my UA-cam channel I began finding a love for cooking and baking, that now it is my therapy session (literally)
    And you and your lovely family have been such an inspiration lately to take my cooking game to the next level so thank you and keep the amazing content
    You inspire me so much to continue experimenting in the kitchen
    and I love meal prepping so this video is super helpful, as a uni student who has less time to cook and is kind of broke these types of videos are always up my alley
