I'm sorry to say this to those who wholeheartedly loath the design of this monolith of a house, but... I somewhat love it. Well the verbose ode to Baroque pomposity, the Beaux-Arts dados and the poorly made cartouches are the the primary culprits here why it appeared overlandishly Trump-ish, and these prevented me from completely liking the house. Speaking of the orange man, his summer residence in Palm Beach, is somewhat like this: a hodge podge of eclectic decorative elements ranging from the moorish "La Mezquita" to the neo gothic churches of the South US and the frivolity of French Rococo- these decorative styles are enclosed into medieval-inspired like enfilades. Such design elements, although not as pronounced as Mr Trump's fortress can be observed here, the only thing that is needed is to align the designs into a unison voice, remove the corinthian capitals, the dawdy and meaningless prosceniums must be modified into a simple drape which will further enhance the spaciousness of this house (to remove the ceremonial chamber effect of the piano nobile or the sala) and the gigantic and "dictatorial" chandeliers must be changed into something simpler. Well, we can only dream to own such a fortress.

Take out the draperies and some chandeliers and paint the mansion white, it will look beautiful and homey. Take out some chairs, tables and furnitures, the mansion will look more elegant.
Funny because when I started watching Presello's videos, it motivated me to work harder so that one day, Miss Julia and I will go house hunting. Maybe Presello doesn't realize that with their videos, they're not only selling these beautiful houses but they are inspiring people to work harder in life. Everything screams grand and expensive. Too antediluvian to be livable. The outdoors can be improved. But who's complaining if I can't even afford this opulence.
This house was a hit and miss for me. The best part was the main hall though. Lose a few of the sculptures and some of the draperies and it really looks elegant and grand. I'm not a fan of the bedroom interiors though. It's like they spent all the money building the main entrance and hall then didn't plan for the other bedrooms at all. I half expected that Dracula will suddenly jump out of a closet with the way the master bedroom was designed. Lol.
