it's hard to climb with all theses tearalements and all cards to counter tearalements and their graveyard (which also counter drytron...), but you never give up for Drytron Glory, congratulations !!!
Thank you! Agree. I have a very difficult time as well and it won't be easy in the coming months. Bystials are going to be brutal playing against when they get released. I'm just going to keep trying though.
Out of curiosity whats the plan to change out millennium eyes restrict since instant fusion is now banned? Or is there any other eay you can easily summon it still without changing your engine?
Millennium-Eyes Restrict is a two in one card. Mainly stops hand traps (can stop monster effects on field if you're going second) and helps you go into Mu Beta if you only have access to 1 Drytron monster to help combo. It is mainly an opener to ensure your combos go through, so finding another way to make it after committing to your combos leaves you vulnerable to hand traps. Cards that fulfill one function like Dark Hole can be replaced with Torrential Tribute/Raigeki, or Change of Heart can be replaced with Mind Control. But it's difficult to replace a card that can fulfill multiple functions. Maybe bump up Called-by from 1 to 2 copies for hand trap hate? Personally, I don't like 2 copies since it sucks opening 2 copies and is less effective when you're forced to go 2nd. D.D. Crow or Droll & Lock Bird perhaps since they're both level 1 and can help you go into Mu Beta if you only have 1 Drytron name but it does eat up your normal summon. D.D. Crow will probably be the better one since it can stop Tearlaments monsters from fusing and stop Branded in Red from resolving by banishing their target. Can also help force the shuffler Ishizu monster effects before you start your plays. Droll can stop opponent's Maxx C draws whenever you are done adding the needed cards to your hand so you're safe to combo. Where Arf Thou? is a spell card that can help search for level 1s like D.D. Crow and Droll if you already opened full combo to help disrupt on their turn, or just use it to add more Drytron names. Right now, I'm experimenting with more board breakers like Evenly Matched because it can help break floodgate decks that hate Tearlaments (because 99% of those decks affect Drytron too). It's not easy right now to play this deck but I like it too much to give up.
@@densai89 I can't wait to see the updated version for drytron because I myself am pretty stumped with what to replace for instant fusion because without it my branded deck is ruined so I'm curious as to the card you would use to replace if or how you would change deck, much love!
