- Driving from İstanbul to İzmir or vice versa was a long an exhausting seven hours trip until few years ago when the construction of İzmir Highway was completed. The highway is mostly empty due to its fee that cost about 300tl for one way trip but shortens the trip by three hours. The old route is free of charge but its busy and takes a longer time to drive. Drive with me to İzmir and see it yourself!

bu yolu yeni kullandım. çok güzel olmuş fakat köprü vs. geçişlerinde yol bir anda aşağı inip çıkıyor. kasise girmiş gibi oluyor. altımdaki araba yüksek olduğu için bir şey olmadı ama yüksek hızlarda yere yakın araçlar altını vurabilir. her şeyi düşünmüşler sadece bunu es geçmişler. ayrıca sağ ve orta şeritte lastik parçalarına denk geldim. yol ne kadar güzel ve boş olsa da dikkatli olmak lazım. top speed denenecek bir yol. ( şimdi buraya hız sınırı vs diye gelen olacak. O kadar parayı veriyorsam, yolda boşsa kimseye zararım olmadan basarım kardeşim. yolun amacı yolu kısaltmak zaten.) bu yolda arabanızın yavaş kaldığını hissedebilirsiniz.

They organized the highway project as far away as possible form villages and small city’s to not destroy the environment around the city’s and also to not disturb white the noise form the highway, that’s why.

I don't know about the other car but my speed was around 12p kmh

@@bm6729 not really, people just slamming the gas pedal to the limit on the Izmir- Istanbul autobahn, I was going 160km/h and it feel like I was driving 90km/h cuse of the flying cars on the left!
