Leave a comment below. Bottom line: marriage is a low risk & high reward deal for women BUT it's the opposite for men. If you want to learn how to vet women better for a LTR or marriage, here is the book I mentioned in the video: amzn.to/2evDpws
If you need coaching, book my time here: clarity.fm/richardcooper

Entrepreneurs in Cars it would be good to mention that women that are required to pay support when men get custody aren't held to near the standard men are. I have proof if you need it.

I'm living this nightmare now. Everything he speaks is the truth. Knowing what I know now, I would have never have been married and had a child. The ex will lie in court to ruin you despite having never done anything wrong. I'm paying 3x in support than what it cost to raise him. And still fighting in the courts to see my son. All this, DESPITE never doing anything wrong!!! It happens. I'm living proof.

The problem is the goverment know about these woman. It knows that these single moms with children and this mindset/behaviour will cause a lot of trouble AND costs. And the trick of the goverment is im mostly of the western coutries not to deal with these high costs! And to give an example ... in Germany back in the days there was law written like: who is responsible for the end of marriage. And it had big influence to the whole money part. cus if the wife was a whore and slept with another men during marriage - she got nothing! But the fun part was they changed the law and now we have the situation as Richard described. Cus now men pay for all this insane crazyness. Not the goverment pays for a single mom and the kid (lot of them) ... NO the men pay for it ... even if they are not responsible for her cheating. Thats so insane and woman abuse this. As Richard describes they can end marriage whenever they want and they dont have to behave in and normal way in the interest of the kid(s). Smart goverment saves billions ... and men nowadays dont wanna marry anymore for very good reasons. I understand that it is not so easy to tell who is resposible for the end of marriage but the actual situation is not the solution. It makes everything so bad that it changed society hardly. In my opinion we have to go back to the old system. We have to stop this feminism crazyness and everybody should be responsible for their actions / behaviours. A better system, a fair system and trust me the amount of divorces and cheatings would decrease in a very high number.

Hi bifford, I'm sorry you're going through that. I can't imagine the hell you're through. Liars and manipulative people need to just live on another planet. I hope everything goes good for you and your son eventually. I'm too scared to get married because I grew up in a crappy environment with my parents fighting all the time. I honestly would be happy if my boyfriend just came back to our house everyday after work and that's all I need. He comes back LOL. I'm not saying I'm rich but I made about 4 grand a month for an easy driving job and this guy is a huge loser I dated worked at a just bit minimum wage job.. He overlooked what I had in my bank account every week when I was checking my bank account one day. so he start kiss my ass saying he want to get married then suddenly the company closed down and I got a normal job like him and he left. What a coincidence right? Then my stupid ass got back together with him because he found out I would be in inheriting money from my father. He expect me to give him some at money for his business which is a joke. Band banners actually, they're cool but you don't make much revenue on. And coincidentally I caught him cheating after I told him he's not entitled to my money even if he marry me because we haven't been together that long and I didn't tell them this but I had a underlining feeling that he was up to something. So yeah, women get gold diggers to just not often as you guys do. I wish the best for you you sound like a good person

A woman wants a wedding, and the security that a husband provides...and the guarantee of cash and prizes if he is unwilling to submit and put her happiness above his own.
A man has absolutely nothing to gain from marriage, it is all risk and a diminishing asset that becomes less infrequent until the only thing she had to offer you you were interested in becomes a memory of better days...
Now for those men who do not enjoy sex and like to be a punching bag...marriage is right up your alley!
What blows my mind are the guys who marry more than once...how do you escape a prison only to knock on the door of another prison and ask the warden if you can serve some time there!?

My best advice to all the other men out there is:
    Never get married!
If you decide to live with a woman, share the expenses, at least as much as possible. Don't support someone who would never support you!
What is yours, keep it that way. What's hers is hers. I don't just mean material possessions, but bank accounts as well!
Never trust a woman 100%, ever.
I've kept faithful to these rules to this day, and so far so good.

    - half of my monthly income from a six figure salry job
    - my health due to working shkftwork and overtime to provide for her and the kids

    - my ability to be a father to my children since i dont get to see them much
    - my house... sbe wouldnt work or even try to work or take classes to improve her employment options. No amount of overtime was enough to pay our mortgage and we lost our house in 2010

When she realized i was no chump she started doing the same to me as far as setting me up to be ANGRY AND making it look like I was a psycho. Even though I literally never got mad, she made it look like I was mad. Saying things like"why are you upset" in front of people. She had done the same with her ex to get me to think he was psycho. ... Literally I asked her for ONE kiss at her house during a party, and two guys ran up and asked her if she was "OK," one of them was in a biker gang. (Two weeks earlier she had been asking me to live at her house, which I basically was living there!!!!! I said no, and then SHE WENT psycho and started all this crap). I left the party and blocked her, erased her and I only remember her to tell the story.... Half of all women these days HATE MEN and are EVIL.

They stay with a woman that's hot and the sex is amazing, but the guy is plainly being used, or he's blinded by the beauty and sex, but the obvious signs to leave her are in plain sight. If you don't take time to date, converse, spend time and REALLY get to know the woman, and if she's on the same page as you in life and you get a really good feeling with her, she's a keeper. Look out for the red flags and intelligently determine whether it is something severe or something that can be worked with. Not every woman out there is horrible. Be smart, get to know the woman. When you shine these facts in the face of people they will ALWAYS chose the right thing. But if no one is watching, they'll do the wrong thing for sure! Out of sight, out of mind kind of thing. It's a mask, it will always be a mask...

The problem instantly became mine to deal with. I am appreciated to the extent of my utility. Between wives, I dated a widow (early 40's)and we got fine and I treated her well. If you don't wish to have children, absolutely do it. I did, at 27. People thought I was doing it too early but I knew kids were never in the cards for me, and the last thing I wanted was to be with a woman and have birth control fail (or have her "forget" to take the pill) and end up tied to a child and a woman I may not wish to be with for the rest of my life. Don't trust a woman to take care of birth control. If you don't want kids, take control into your own hands. It's a simple surgery, about 10 minutes, very little discomfort, and many insurance plans cover it completely. Then after a month to clear the pipes, have fun without any worry.

    Marriage & Children Solutions:
1.) Have a small private ceremony but don’t sign a marriage license.
2.) Develop a marriage agreement and have it notarized by both parties with help of a lawyer (this is in line with our constitutional rights). *Depending on the violation, the marriage ends.
3.) Only have a child if the state has a default shared custody law.
4.) Be self employed and strategically show an operating loss every 2-3 years and store most of money in “non-banks” like bitcoin and cash deposit boxes that can’t be traced.
These solutions will help to avoid the division of assets, alimony, and lawyer fee reimbursement of traditional divorce. The child support can be minimized as long as the state law supports 50/50 custody to two responsible parents.

Today, the discussion of marriage came up at my workplace during lunch and the women in our group were shocked an appalled that as a forty year old man I had never been married and never had kids. "Why not?" they asked, to which I replied, "Why would I want marriage or kids?" They had no answer. These women don't understand that not everyone wants the package deal due to the hassle, expense and risk involved. That's definitely one of the greatest challenges when going through deep personal soul crushing struggle. The saying "become better, not bitter" is a good one..but there is a large divergence between "in theory" and "in practice". Easier said than done. But I definitely admire that you are cognizant/ self-aware to notice the bitter-better conundrum. I had to use my maternal grandmother as an example to never ever embrace bitterness. She had some awful experiences in life, but drowned them in Alcohol from the age of 35 to her death at the age of 86.
      ( died from cancer)
She embraced bitterness towards certain people and events..and embraced alcohol as self medication. She held on to that bitterness up the day before her death.
On my mother's last visit to see her in the nursing home, she, (my mom), said the she noticed that she, (my grandmother), was finally coming to peace and letting that bitterness, resentment and hatred go. It's a shame though..that she essentially wasted her life and embraced toxic thinking, ,behavior and coping mechanisms instead of getting help and being open to finding help. I wish you the absolute best in growing through this...and reaching a positive place some point in the future.
      Sincerely,
      -Chris

I tell my son to avoid women from Western cultures. Western women are more spoiled, aggressive, discontented, and poisoned by the toxic form of feminism. You do have to be careful about the culture of the West being transported through the mass media which has been taken to another level through the internet. Information travels....and so does toxic feminism. So whether it is here in the West or in a more traditional land; vetting needs to still be quite deep. Perhaps years ago before the information age...being in a traditional land and culture would have almost been all the vetting you needed...but not in today's times. Check for a woman who has grown up in deeply spiritual and religious household where live out the truth about God esteeming marriage and hating divorce. Someone who really gets the mind of Christ when it comes to marriage. Otherwise, if you get married the post-modern secular way and everything that comes with; everything will be on shifting sands instead of the solid Rock of Christ. And make sure the woman is truly Christian in substance and spirit...NOT Christian in name only yet post-modern-anything-goes-secular-in-substance....such women are at high risk to betray the marriage bond just like any other secular woman.

I then dated for 7 years, had fun, and focused on making the most of my second chance. Met a great gal who has a great career, will retire in 2 years financially set for life, treats me like gold, has the same goals I do, busts her ass with me remodeling my house, takes pride in herself, always looks great, has similar hobbies, and is just a genuine person. She offered that we get married before she retires so I can share her retirement benefits like healthcare for life. When I told her I wasn’t interested in ever getting married again due to the potential of another alimony judgment, she wholeheartedly offered to sign a prenup agreement. So that’s what we’re doing and there’s no risk on my end to lose like I did the first time around. There are still a few selfless women left out there. But they’re as rare as hen’s teeth. When things went off track we would talk about it and fix it but realize that it would eventually go off track again. Our relationship was just something that needed to be tuned up and tweaked from time to time. As the years went by those times of contention became fewer and fewer largely because we truly believed in our hearts that we wanted the best for each other. There were high stress times like when parents were elderly and ill or when the kids were having trouble. We saw each of us step up and put our needs aside and support one another. At this point I have no doubt she would sacrifice herself for me and me for her. I can't imagine life without her.
The kids are grown, gone, successful and come by often. We have a couple of grand kids who are our joy. We are pretty much dating each other again. We ride our Harley with a group of couples of similar age and travel all over. We have a lot of fun together and always have. It's a good life.

I've met one couple that was out celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary, the other 44 years and still going strong. Congratulations man! Both genders have trouble finding what you have.

I'm a young family lawyer from Montreal, Canada and I think it is important to point out (at least here in Canada) that children are equals before the law, meaning that either if they are born issued from a marriage or from cohabiting parents, they have the same rights i.e a man that gets divorce or just a separation will STILL pay child support for his children. At this point the advice would be to not have children or carefully choose the mother of your children.
And I can testify for having seeing it first hand that women do have the advantage in the family court rooms.. And I have seen ugly things in my short career so far. So much so that I started to hate women for what they do. They do not care about their children, they make irresponsible decisions, they are bitter and most of the time become miserable. On the other hand, I have seen so much injustice from the files where my client is the father. They just really want to be there for their children.. I am still too young a lawyer (less than five years of practice) and I need to build more experience but I've been thinking, when I get to choose my files I plan on ONLY take those of fathers fighting against the family system. I know it's going to be long before we see a real change overall but that's the little part I can do from the skills I have.

I know guys that stay with women and end up in trouble for the dumbest reasons. Women aren't perfect and us men aren't either.

Very educational. Most of the things you've said are accurate. Especially about women with disorders. I keep thinking of those uncompassionate, narcissistic women in desperate pursuit of a "high society" man as I'd like to call them. I've seen it happen many times, to friends and family members. Truly sad, if not pathetic. That's also why I want to remain single, happier too. Why imprison yourself in this old fashion constitution?

I love Women, I Love their softness and their submissiveness in the bedroom however I have been cheated on really bad in the past that left me extremely depressed and thought what suicide would be like for the first time in my life. That was about 7 years ago. With that said, I will remain a bachelor quite possibly the rest of my life. I can easily get with many Women however to actually stay in a relationship with them, Eh.... I really avoid that now and I'm upfront about it to Women I'm with but many of them are cool with it. Anyways, Overall i find it fascinating that Men across the world are describing the same problems in their Marriage which leads me to say that the warnings are definitely real and highly advisable. It's just too dangerous. I have a business that I'm pretty successful with and many of my decisions are based on Risk/Reward ratios. If Marriage was a stock, lets just say I definitely wouldn't be buying it lol

I’m the 4th wife to my husband, who believe it or not is a great man who has a past of poor judgement in character. He’s an example of someone who matured later in life and I’m honestly lucky to have him.
Despite that, I’ll be sure to warn my son to not make the same mistakes his father made. DON’T rush into marriage just because you think you’re in love. DON’T marry a woman who is either divorced, has kids or both. And DON’T have sex with just any woman. Being on the hook for child support without the benefit of a real relationship with your kids isn’t worth it. I’ve seen all of this blended family mess from the divorced man’s perspective and I’d be terrified of women if I was one.

Listening to her and trying be an loving husband, I gave in to her needs/wants and always put what I wanted to the side. And it finally hit me, that I’m not happy. I just wanna be stress free and relax in peace. Now that I’m trying to leave now she says shell let me be the head from now on. I love her but I can’t do this anymore.
