That was a great help, there is nothing in the instructions other than a bit of print in the strip, which I had missed! Thank you for putting this short clip up.
Just stumbled upon your channel mate. Love it! You remind me so much of Murray from Flight of the Concords (I mean that in an affectionate way) Have subscribed 👌
Watching a lot of your older videos and I have a question about the fermzilla? Is there a way to adjust the bottom racking to reduce the total height? Here is my problem, my fementor system only allows for 30" in height and from my understanding with disconnects that is over 32.7" in height. (" = imperial inches). Thank You.
No I believe it's set at one specific height there is a snub nose unit they do. They sit about 26 inches high not including the spunding valve height. They have about the same specifications as the fermzilla without the trub bowl. www.keg-king.com.au/fermentasaurus-snub-nos.html
Only just stumbled across this now sorry mate. I've been told people have inverted the metal base so that the fermentor sits deeper in the frame (without the trub catcher hitting the ground). Give it a go maybe?
No reason I just chose a random spot. You can place it anywhere. From using it just recently I think it should be next to or near the the temperature gauge.
Thanks man! Searched all over trying to find this!
That's no problem. I made this for the same reason! Cheers.
