Can you make a video about how to install an electric start on the motorized bicycle? My father needs to use the bike but has weak legs so can't pedal to start the bike, but it's often to cold where we live for me to kick-start it. We were considering a pull start but the reviews seem really bad on it, an electric start would be great.
I got the exact same engine. 100cc 2-stroke. I've spent a long year trying to find out this problem. The CDI cables were loose and after I replaced the magneto rotor, it turns out that it was bad.
Hello mr Hughes i wass wondering if the ckutch mandrel takes 2 woodfruff keys. One per side? Do you sell these replaceet parts , bearings andwoodfruff keys.

Let me tell ya. I've made enough mistakes to know what not to do when it comes to these kits. I just want to give you

For my 4-stroke motor, it seems my clutch is slughtly engaged, even at idle. This happened after I replaced the original. I installed it just as normally as one installs any other clutch and yet when I pull-start the motor, the bike wants to move forward even though I'm not touching the throttle. I'm forced to keep my hand on the break.
I just put a new rim on my motorized bike and I was gonna start it I tried to start it and the back weel just locked up and is not moving I put my clutch to move the back weel and it’s still stuck so any devices lmk plz
Hey man, i just built my first motorized with a cheap 80cc kit, my rear wheel is really hard to push almost stuck but if i go downhill the bike starts and goes (but you can't stop the bike without stalling it since the clutch isn't doing anything) i tried slamming the bike down with my bum like you suggested in another video but it didn't work. The clutch lever should also be working as i checked it. Any help?
@@XiaolinDraconis turns out my issue was a really dumb one, basically i had put the spring on the clutch cable and that made me think the clutch cable was tighten, turns out it wasn't tightened at all 😂
Pull in on clutch and push bike forward. Yes, the rear wheel will drag. While pushing slam your butt down hard on seat bumping bike forward. usually loosens the clutch pads
My spark plug is in and when I pedal I hear the thunk thunk thunk sound no matter what position the clutch is in. What do I do? I live in oregon-if you could maybe help me learn how to fix this in person, I would be eternally greatful. I could also pay you. I just really need to figure this out by Wednesday.

I dump the clutch and it's basically an e-brake, too hard to keep pedaling.
My clutch stays stiff and the gear will not unlock no matter the position or how hard i pull on the clutch. ? ... how do i troubleshoot this ?

Do you no why my engine didint come with head bolts it doesent have the acorn nuts but it’s been running good now for 3 months

New clutches are a little grabby at first. They usually slowly settle down as they get worn in

Similar issue, except mine won't start. When I dump the clutch the wheel locks up too hard to pedal or even push.

take out the other stud and buy 8mm all thread at HW store. Cut to size
