It's on the driver side rear, about 1/2" diameter. The Hydro-boost trucks have a block off plug pushed in it that makes it less noticeable, so it's easy to overlook if the intake is from one of those trucks. It's a push-lock type fitting. If you do have the flush plug, you can pull it out and install the standard "outie belly button" one in the same hole.

There's a large vacuum port on the rear of the intake manifold, it's the stock LS truck connection for the brake booster.
