While hiking up there, there were hundreds in front of me as well as behind me. By the time I reached the summit, many people had already gone down in every direction. Was I worried the mountain would be tracked out? Nope. Because I know that, as long as there’s fresh snow, Niseko’s terrain is vast enough to fulfill every powder enthusiast’s dream. I was there then - weird week. Some great powder, but also huge queues, ice, crust and too warm.
Loved carving at speed up and down the gondola until 7pm every day… magic memories.

One to two hours depending on where you go down and end up at the bottom. If you stick to East Face and Higashione, you might be able to do 3 runs before G3 closes at 13:30, maybe even 4 runs if you're strong.
