But those heaters have a little problem: In the height they produce sooth (I hope that is the correct term) and work then sooner or later not anymore. So I always hesitate a bit to use the heather when we are over 2000 meter above sea level ...
Very nice! I saw the price of gas on that gas station sign! 3.40!? $ , Oregon is between 4.40 and 4.80! You may want to take your time heading north , spring is slow coming this year , and major flooding in Texas. My rule for camping in slot canyons is to NOT if there is any hint of rain for up to 10 miles away. And for doctor care try clinics or urgent care clinic's places , many charge on a sliding scale fee system--or go back to Mexico and ask around , yes unless you have a minimal USA government health care card it costs a lot to be sick in America. Tiger balm works great for soreness's ,,,but take my word and use it sparingly! Be well!
Yes, gas is cheap here. But even 4.80 is cheap compared with what we pay in Europe! 😀👍🏻. And regarding camping in slot canyon ... yes, that is. a very good hint. If the water comes and you are camping in there ... good night!!! We are waiting a bit to drive up to Colorado. Yes it can be still very cold up in the mountains. And most passes we want to drive in Colorado just open in June. So I guess we are going to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon first and drive then back to Colorado. Meanwhile the knee is a bit better but still not good. I guess it will take some time tho heal ... and I am not getting younger anymore ☹️ Take good care Ernst & Jiew
Ernst, schau nach Diclofenac Pillen, 50mg. Salbe hilft da nichts, da die nicht weit genug eindringt, vor allem wenn der Schmerz so groß wird, dass du Nachts nicht schlafen kannst.. Zum Blutdrucksenken , teste Ramipril 5mg , Abends und beobachte das ganze 14Tage, auch gerne dazu Herz ASS 100mg . Das solltest du in jeder Apotheke in USA frei bekommen . Inzwischen hat sich die Situation etwas beruhigt, die Schwellung ist grösstenteils abgeklungen (mit Diclofenac Salbe) aber wirklich gehen kann ich mit dem Knie noch nicht. Das Problem ist noch nicht gelöst. Wir fahren morgen oder übermorgen wieder zurück in die Zivilisation. Ich besorge mir dann die Diclofenac Pillen. Danke 🙏 PS, der Blutdruck ist gut eingestellt, seit Jahren, inkl. 100mg ASS. Ich musste hier in den USA von einem Arzt lediglich die schweizerische Verschreibung in eine amerikanische übersetzen … die absurde Rechnung konnten wir zum Glück erfolgreich bekämpfen
Ich habe sehr leistungsorientiert Sport , Tennis betrieben, daher. Falls die Entzündung mt Pillen nicht weg geht , musst du wahrscheinlich unter das Messer. Hat der Arzt wegen Blutdruck für 4000$ wenigstens ein großes Blutbild gemacht ? Wenn da alles ok war , Bluthockdruck ist eine Volkskrankheit. Kein Alkohol, ganz wenig Kohlenhydrate, etc. oder eben die verschriebenen Mittel nehmen. Grüße und habt weiterhin viel Spass, ihr Zwei!@@next-horizon-overland
