Our Alpha One Amp and speakers work great in compatible Hybrid and Electric BMW's with iDrive 7. The comment about iDrive 7 cars is that the RAM module in them has to stay installed and connected (using our wiring harness) and does not get taken out of the car. It doesn't matter if it's a full combustion engine, hybrid or EV BMW - it has to stay connected for all of the cars features and systems to operate correctly - and it does thanks to our PnP wiring harness.
I have a bimmertech screen that is connected through AUX, will the alpha one make it sound better ? I noticed playing music through it effects the quality
Yes, our speakers and amp will definitely improve the sound quality of your car, not only with our MMI Prime but the entire sound system of your vehicle.
I have fitted a Audiotec Fischer amp/dsp to my b58 2019 BMW. The ASD is LOUD! I’ve now turned it off but my opf/gpf equipped car (uk) is now silent. Is there something in between simply off or on? A volume control would be nice.
I would like to know: If I install all the Alpha one speakers via the 4omh versions and install the lastest model of the audio amplifier will my speakers flap at all or not? That's my main concern. Door speakers flapping during heavy bass music sucks big time. At checkout, choosing the increase bass, having the music volume cranked all the way up, etc. Will door speakers flap while I play music with the volume all the way up?
Without your vehicle VIN we can't answer your questions specifically, but we can answer generally. If by flapping you mean the speakers getting overloaded and distorting - we set up our amps to deliver an adequate and not too high amount of power to the speakers. So no, they won't be "flapping" unless they already have some physical defects e.g. from ageing.
What are the frequency range for the speakers please ?
From what your expert said, I gather Alpha speakers and amp are not recommended for i-7 operating systems found in Electric or electric hybrid BMW’s?

Is there any plug in on centre dashboard grill space for a base system of a G21 or G20 3 series bmw? If not, is it difficult to install one?
What do you mean exactly?

Question, how does the alpha one compare to the upgraded system in the 2016 340? Think it's the Harmon kardon system
