    Doctor Raju sir... I remember, in one occasion, you told not to go to bed ( even at day time or night time ) immediately after taking meals/dinner to avoid REFLUX. Now you are saying something contrary to your earlier suggestions thereby creating confusion among the viewers who seek your guidance at all times.. Will you please specifically clarify without any doubt that going to bed immediately after taking food is good or bad?
