Thank you for taking us with you on your stay at the capsule hotel! The unfinished plywood looks terrible BUT the layout is amazing! I think if they put a vinyl wood flooring on the walls it would still look like a tree house. When you walked into the room, I thought it looked like it was still under construction! About the hot and humid weather, I am from India, so I can totally relate. The sultry winds of Bay of Bengal make every summer and rainy season a living hell.
It looked like a fun hotel. The room was a big size, the amenities seemed great. I liked that the stairs had handrails too.

The wood decor makes the sleeping quarters very rustic and homey. I guess that's why they call the sleeping areas "cabin" a clever way to communicate the hotel's theme.

This Omiya area is quite similar to Tokyo. You can access to Omiya from Tokyo very easily and many people commute between the two cities.
I thought when I was editing the video that you would notice the Donki store because you said you always look for Donki in walk videos haha.

It seemed odd to see unfinished plywood for the capsules and exposed duct on the ceiling. They say it's like a tree house, but to me it just looks unfinished. Very cool video!

Yes, it was technically a capsule hotel but it didn't look like it. The plywood had a nice touch
It is not plywood, it is particle board. I wonder if it is finished? I am thinking it might get splintery and also be extremely difficult to clean.

True but we don't really have capsule hotels from what I can find. You can fit a lot more people into capsule hotel which lowers the costs. Also we have the problem of being a 1st world nation so everything costs more. Labor costs, building costs, and everything else. If you want cheap, try Southeast Asia. I imagine a capsule hotel there would be VERY cheap.

I love your capsule hotel videos so much, I would say I'm addicted to them. One of my two travel dreams is to stay at a capsule hotel in Japan. They look so cozy and comfortable, and I love the shower rooms (sometimes onsen). Your videos just make it even more attractive, especially when you go out on the street to find a nearby restaurant or convenience store to have dinner.... though this was great too, the free curry looked delicious 😄 I hope I can visit one day. The pods look cheap with all that plywood. But maybe they need to keep prices down to provide the other "free" amenities.

カプセルホテルっていうと結構窮屈で騒音等で中々寝付けないこと多かったけどここはリラックスできたなぁ
唯一室内が暑かったのだけはマイナスだった。でもカレーも2種類あったりしていいとこ

カプセルホテルなのに、カプセルホテルの息苦しさみたいなのは感じなかったです！部屋も余裕あるありますし、何より食べ放題多いのがありがたいですね😊
この手の施設でソフトクリーム食べ放題って快活のリスペクトかなんかなんかね obsの壁おしゃれ

I like the concept with unlimited serving of food. I will go few rounds on the soft serve and try all flavours.
The softcream and syrups were really great serving. With one softcream, you can have a wide variety of tastes😋

We have to go to a restaurant all-you-can-eat buffet just to get unlimited soft-serve ice-cream. And I didn't even see a bunch of flavor options, just vanilla, chocolate, and mix.

ここ、分かりにくいけどネカフェとカプセルが別に分かれていてネカフェの方はむしろ漫画だらけですよ！
ネカフェの方はテレビや布団は無いのですが、ほぼ同じ構造の部屋に黒いマットと枕があって9時間1800円。食べ放題もシャワーも使えるので結構お得です。

All is wonderful. Let me ask something that I always wonder in all videos. Is it required by hotel rules for you to wear the pajamas that they provide for you or can you wear your own ? Also can you use your own towel and hygienic ?
There is no such rule in general but on the rare case, there is. You can use your own towel, of course. No one will complain on that😀

なんか面白そうなところですね。さいたま市在住なんで泊まる必要は全くないんですが、話のネタに一度泊まってみますか。
それにしてもあのクソやかましいキタギン一番街なのに遮音性が非常に優れてるようで、屋外の騒音がほとんど聞こえないのには感心しました。値段も大宮駅直近にしてはえらくリーズナブル。思うに、さいたまスーパーアリーナの連日ライブとか東京ビッグサイトでの連日イベントとかに地方からやってくる人向けですかね（大宮からはビッグサイトまで埼京線1本乗り換えなしで行けるので）。

外部からの音は全く気にならなかったですが、カプセルエリア内の換気扇の音がかなり響いてましたね😅
それでも全体的にはかなり快適に過ごせました。
無料サービスも多くて清潔感あるカプセルホテルなので機会があれば是非泊まってみてください♪

ここのネカフェは居心地が良いのでたまに使っていたのですが、いわゆる難民という人達もちらほらいるので満席で断られることが多くなりました。カプセルホテルの方は予約制なのでそんなことはないでしょうね。
意外と広いし圧迫感もないし、貴重品だけに気を付けていれば快適に過ごせますね。
個別空調がないので暑く感じるエリアはミニ扇風機がついていると思います。

The particle wood paneling I'm not a fan of cause of the amount of formaldehyde chemicals that is used in the making of the boards which there's a good amount of folks in the world that are quite allergic to. I happen to be one of them. Its a nice
capsule motel but this one for medical reasons; I would have to pass up.

Cut costs so you can give all the "free" amenities. Makes sense to me. If it was my choice, I'd choose having all the free extras instead of being in a plush room while paying for everything extra.

Most Japanese take a bath only at night and just wash face in moring. But, I take a bath in the morning because I get a lot of sweat during sleep😉
