@@bugtesties keep doing well in the regular season but not making it far in the playoffs will hold a job longer for a GM than a coach. Coach is always the first thought to be the problem.

I still don't understand how qbs that have done nothing and can't do anything without all this great talent around them get so much money. Like, look at Tom Peyton Brett Drew Rodgers. They can win with almost anyone. Tua Trevor Love Fields they need to be surrounded by all these great players to have a chance.
All great qbs have and need great players. Even Marino had Duper and Clayton. When he then played with much lesser WRs he didn’t do as well. It’s called a team sport for a reason.
