  • Welcome to Fountain of Life Fitness! The manuevres and training programs are based on Uttara Exercise Engineering (Ue’e).
    The specific protocols of sets and reps will help build bone density and core strength and prevent sarcopenia (muscle loss and loss of function). Corrective exercises coupled with the strength training will help you rehab and prevent back pain and other injuries.
