    Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation known as yogic sleep in which we achieve a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. This is achieved through guided meditation and full body deep relaxation.
    We get silent and still during what can be busy and hectic life so that we may reenter the world grounded and refreshed.
    Meditation helps us calm the sympathetic nervous system, from fight and flight to rest and restore. Leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and a sense of inner peace.
    Yoga nidra is like meditation, but yet it’s not
    This 60 minute Yoga nidra can be practiced at any time. Right after eating might not be optimal as you may be more inclined to fall asleep.
