Excellent Paul but please can you check why adverts are interrupting your video during the most important times, they could have been put in areas of your video when you were relating what the next part is.

Toxic relation is also cause of Trauma
I think nowadays most things are causing trauma because we have been disconnected from our true self, we have been broken. I think things are improving because many ppl like yourself and myself are watching these videos trying to get in touch to our real selves and heal, and understand how our bodies truly work, and what we really are capable of doing. I think I have suffered from ptsd from the loss of a job out of all things…
