Try out this Quinoa Dosa which are crispy and easy to make without any fermentation and soda to give perfect gluten free and healthy quinoa dosa with instant sabzi as accompaniment which can be prepared in just some time.

Servings: 4 people
Ingredients:
For quinoa dosa-
1 cup quinoa
1 cup diced bottle gourd
1/2 cup water
sendha/ fasting salt to taste
1/4th cup water
oil for cooking
For Sabzi-
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seed
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 inch chopped ginger
Some curry leaves
1 chopped tomato
Sendha/ fasting salt to taste
3 boiled diced potatoes
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
