Here is the recipe for for your convenience :-
To make Schezwan Sauce for Chicken Momo:-
Dry Red Chilli 50 gm
Tomato 3 no
Garlic (Chopped) 10-15 Cloves
Ginger (Chopped) 2-3 inch
Salt As Needed
Sugar As Needed
Water As Needed
Spring Onion As Needed
To make Dough for Chicken Momo:-
All Purpose Flour 250 gm
Sugar 2 pinch
Salt 2 pinch
Water As Needed
To make Stuffing for Chicken Momo:-
Minced Chicken (Breast) 2no
Onion (Chopped) 1no
Garlic (Chopped) 10-15 Cloves
Ginger (Chopped) 2-3 inch
Cabbage (Chopped) 20-30 gm
Spring Onion 2-3 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt As Needed

I tried ur chicken momos. They turned out excellent. Ran out of tomatoes and also with spiked price of tomatoes I used ketchup instead and the sauce was out of the world. Thanks for showing such simple ways and yet taste like star food.
