OMG. Surprisingly I was able to understand so many words that you just pronounced. I was able to understand almost all the names of the things you added and processes you explain from Sha ( meat ) , Chu ( water ) , sum ( three ), xong ( onion ) , kilo-chik ( 1 kilo ) , lhuk ( pour) , lakh-pay ( with hand ), lap-lap bya ( to make thin ).
You showed very beautiful Method of folding momos and dumplings. It is not easy to make perfect folding method but after watching this video I will definitely try to make it at home. ♥️
Wow, delish. I have loved Tibetan momos since my childhood. Tibetan momos were rhe first dumplings I ever ate in my life. I never knew about this channel until now. And what a start to getting introduced to this lovely yum chanul. Love from India🎊💐 Great supporter of Tibet🙏🙂
WOW ! Amazing teacher ❤ you have got so much patience to teach. Your soft voice and gentleness😇 makes things more easier to understand. I am very pleased to see with your students and subtitles makes more easy to understand 😀👍Your students are very attractive and did good job. Congratulations to them. Make more videos like this now onwards. All the best.💐
By "Sichuan Peppers," I presume you're referring to 花椒 or 四川山椒. I've only experienced it in Sichuan Cuisines offered in Tokyo, but that must give an extra kick to the dumplings. It looks delicious.
I was wondering why the filling was made differently than normal 'nepali momos' including the sauce. Later saw 'tibetan momos' in the title. Wonder how it tastes than the typical momos. The filing is much easier to make but not a big fan of dipping them in soya sauce like gyozas.
I thought momo was both singular and plural. Hence momo for everything. Only indian ppl call it momos. Momo so popular in india. Indian ppl started saying its their dish and google has it under indian dish. We got nepali on one said claming it's their. Indian on other side saying its theirs. Tibetan food culture is getting picked apart like a carcus.
Correct. I’ve only heard mainland indians call it Momos. I believe the Tibetans brought down Momo with them to Sikkim, Bhutan, Nepal and from there the people carried the recipe with them creating their variations along the Himalayan Belt. I find the Momo sold in India restaurants atrocious. They make Pizza momo, Tandoori Momo, Chocolate Momo. Quite a gag inducing eye sore. In Sikkim, we don’t use Soy Sauce in our filling, and there is one style where the filling is just Churpi and Ghew (clarified butter) It was interesting to see Authentic Tibetan Momo use Soy Sauce.
What I forgot to mention:
Adding water to the meat makes the momo juicier!
I love momo im a 10 year tibetan girl!!!
We always add chicken broth and warm water 🥰 but i,ll try with just plain water 😀
Can we add water to chicken momo also

Herzlichen Dank an den Chef und sein motiviertes Team. Die Zugabe von Wasser ist the game changer 😊

That’s real momo from Tibet. Not the remake momo of Nepali or Indians lol
Very nice 👍 keep growing
naomi und nadia, formet aber sehr guet, top👍

Tibetans don’t say “momos”. I’ve never heard of this term before. And this is how real momo is made from Tibet.
@@tennyt9039only north Indian people call it momos, In Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kolkata no one call it momos
I forgot how to learn momo in this video. I got distracted by this beautiful girls 🤣
