I wish I was more masculine than I am. I’m self admitted kind of a wimp, yet I love Barstool, and like Dave said, probably 40ish percent of their audience is female, and many of their employees probably lean left. But Barstool is a throwback in a way that you can enjoy content without everything being tied to politics. I can enjoy a Democrat being funny. I can enjoy a Republican being funny.

I grew up Quaker, and am passionately anti war, and an equally passionately supporter of club cricket - my very favourite sport - because cricket brings children of all backgrounds together - including refugees from Afghanistan and other places where normal life has been turned upside down or destroyed by the regime change wars. Club cricket provides an environment in which these children and young people - indeed, people of all ages - can engage socially and develop skills, within a framework of clear shared rules, which apply equally no matter what their background or economic status. Thank you Tucker Carlson for giving air to some sanity and common sense - and most especially thank you for persuading Trump not to go to war with Iran in Jan. Good grief - in my childhood we thought of Republicans as more pro-war than Dems - how the world has changed.
