I’ve been following it for about 8 days now while doing an intense exercise program and I’ve lost 5 pounds and 1.5 inches off my hips(measure at belly button). Mom of two and 4 months post partum. I only get carbs from sweet potato, and quinoa or rice, the healthy fats mentioned, zero sugar or dairy(only a splash of cream in my espresso) or simple carbs.
The only thing that has worked for me is "Keto", It has been 4 1/2 years and going strong, lost 170 lbs.. feel Amazing... Thank You for the tips.. love your channel..
I actually can listen to you waffle all day long! super educational and your videos helps me understand on my daily food intake and I have been sustaining your rules of 17/3 combine with physical training really help me shape and get stronger day by day! I’m not vegan, but I heard a lot about pea protein being good on the keto diet, so I guess it’s good in general. I don’t see why hemp protein would b bad either as long as the ingredients are clean, since hemp hearts contain a good amount of omega 3 and 6, which you are not getting from fish since you’re vegan!!
I was curious if these 3 tips still apply when you are post partum? If your in the process of getting back into pre-baby shape, breastfeeding, and losing the baby weight would you recommend any additional advice?
