There’s a big difference between having a resentment and rage due to trauma. Many in the fellowship will say “pray for the person”. That’s not in the first 164 pages. That was written by a woman who was 2 years sober in one of the stories in the back of the book. I tried every suggestion the first 164 pages had to offer and nothing worked. EMDR therapy did though. Now the memories still there but the emotions gone. Worked perfect. Not a knock on the program it’s worked perfect for my alcoholism, sober 28 years happy joyous and free. But not for trauma, which can be misconstrued as a resentment and can cause much more serious problems than alcoholism, like murder for instance. Be careful who you listen to in the fellowship. Lot of crazies. If you take offense to this post, you’re one of them.
No comments? Wow oh, well that makes sense I mean he is talking about resentments... LOL you guys are so predictable. It's okay, I guess it's okay, don't be scarrrrrrd.
Thanks God for working through Don !! Strong concentrated message .
Just what I needed to hear
I’m not better than you, I’m not worse than you, I’m just like you.
Awesome, I needed that.

Absolutely brilliant, keeping it real the AA WAY, Back to the BB! with gratitude.
I love the way this guy talks about his anger.
A.A. here in Pa. and NJ seems very stale
