    Alex this one is gold! Seriously. When I lead meetings I've been experimenting with polite (and unfortunately, not so polite) ways to interrupt when some one heads off into the weeds. That might be another topic on it's own, but these techniques will help me try some new things.

      Thanks Matt. I'm glad they are useful. I am actually planning a video on verbals ways to do this too. By the way, feel free to "share" the video on FB or otherwise if you want to help get this out there. Maybe I'll integrate your comment on polite ways to do that into the video when I make it. Would that be okay?

    How do you jump into conversation? Do you just speak and fight for airtime or do you have a way to "smooth" on in?

    your communication skills can be developed if you start focusing on your nonverbal communication paying attention to your facial expressions and body language when you are speaking with someone as it can help prevent miscommunication.

      Ha. I assure you I inhaled. I'll grand you in sounds on the audio that I exhaled but I 100% inhaled.
