If the auto focus st was blue in ur video, why did u not ever show it and never showed st badges on the seats? The claimed acceleration in auto we see is a close up of a cabin merged with an orange st taking off. Did u have a real ST auto at all? Or did u take ST-Line auto and 'made the tests'?

Hold the throttle flat rather than lift it when you go to clutch in and change gear. Old automatics (like 15 years ago) used to be slower.

I wonder why the auto in the ST is 7 speed but the ST-Line is 8 speed?
Be interesting to find out later on what the split between buyers will be between the two transmissions...

They recon it's gonna be 75% auto. Can totally understand. A manual guy myself, i'm sick of it driving 30000km/year.
It's something to do with gear ratios being too close so they had to remove the third I think.
Car Advice. The Auto you tested the 0-60 was Blue... why did you jump to a picture of the Orange car leaving the line...?
That is very suspicious. Can you please explain as I have been waiting for someone to test the Auto version to see how much quicker it was, but there's some inconsistencies in your video. Please respond to confirm you really did have an Auto Blue Focus ST 2020...
I think they have ruined it with an auto option whats the point of a hot hatch with an auto & buy the sounds of reveiw they have dulled the suspension tuning down as well,having owned a 2007 ST for 10 years knowing that that cars chassis & suspension was on point & yes you compromised ride quality for handling, sounds like the car has been watered down & softened to much was looking at one but think ill pass. Maybe they should call it a warm hatch because it seems its lost its ST credentials and its just a badge on a car now.
On the contrary, now so many more will actually buy one.
Still dosnt change the fact its not a real ST anymore its a pretend ST im glad they not going to build an RS they would have destroyed that Iconic nameplate if the way they have watered down & softened the ST is anything to go by. Regardless of how many they sell & i dont think they will sell many autos anyway considering the stigma & existing customers still getting stuffed around buy ford with there powershift DSC. Hence why they have only sold1200 odd new focus in 12 months as no Manuel option.
The rear vents are under the front seats.
🚫Big Disappointment from Ford deleting major equipment from the 2021 model - heated front seats, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and the 10-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium sound system from the ST's standard equipment list, with the lattermost replaced by a six-speaker, non-branded system shared with lower-spec Focus variants 👎

The interior is a let down and it has the same problematic engine as the RS
There is nothing wrong with the engine! There was a series in which a gasket was delivered incorrectly by the manufacturer (Mustang gasket was supplied instead of RS gasket). But when they realized they called back the faulty cars and solved the problem. Anyway, the 2.3 ecoboost is a very good engine ...

I will stick with my i30 Fastback N thanks. More of a driver's car and no shitter customer service. Track warranty and 7 yr warranty... :)
This is a MUCH better daily than the Hyundai. The Hyundai is more fun to drive but it's lower quality, less refined, worse on fuel etc. This is a great daily that can still be pushed hard on any backroad, like a GTI

Does the Hyundai have 7 year warranty? Kia offers it not Hyundai. Ford is a 5 year unlimited K warranty just like Hyundai.
