If he's not fired in WWE, There is no CM Punk. This guy was pushed to the moon. When Taker says I want to work with that guy. That's huge. He was so entertaining and was the perfect heel because as fast as he get the fans behind him, he could instantly **** on them and he was so good at it. What could've been.

It’s desensitization, man. You back up emotionally when something causes you harm, and when it happens so much, the mental response is to shut off that stimulus.
    Totally normal process

I'd love to see more interviews with him in the future. I don't know what it is, but I've always felt a certain genuine nature from him. Some preformers I feel even if they aren't in character for the interview, they've almost still got one foot in, and one foot out. With Mr.Kennedy, I've always felt he's answering 100% as himself. Really enjoyed this interview. Thanks Chris! 😊

I know the feeling from liviing in Chicago. I've known over 20+ people he isn't wrong at all. You really do care a lot but you can't put yourself through the pain ever single time it happens or you will lose it. I've known in h.s/hung out with before from o.ds and gun violence before 30yrs old. It's insane cause I'm from the Northside.

I've witnessed alot of deaths in the last 20 years as well. After a while you just shut yourself off from it cause you don't want to feel that pain. Almost like a defense mechanism. You wouldn't want to go to a funeral cause you know you'd experience those emotions.

Not just in wrestling but life in general especially with all school shooting gang killings people getting harassed by cops people getting hurt and it just desensitizes us and it's not that we don't care it's that we've seen it for so long it's like Damm who's next it's kinda a coping mechanism to shield away from the pain because some can't take it anymore

You’re right about Eddie Guerrero’s last match, wrong about Benoit. Chris Benoit’s last match was against Elijah Burke in a match to determine who would compete for the vacated ECW World Championship at Vengeance on June 24 because Bobby Lashley, the ECW World Champion at the time was traded to Raw. He (Mr. Kennedy/Mr. Anderson) had Umaga’s last match, too. That’s probably who you were thinking about. And also a grim, sad coincidence, both of their names were Eddie.
