It is getting to be soup and pot pie weather in Michigan. I really enjoy making, eating, and sharing some of our favorite soups with friends and local family. I just started watching lessons in chemistry and the main character said that if you let a chicken pot pie sit overnight after you cook it, some of the molecules or particles or whatever, crystallize as they cool and it enriches the flavor. I'm looking for a chicken pot pie that is like those mini store-bought ones. I want to test her theory
