This sound a bit like how fragile we are and mipha theme
Vocal track does have a couple harsh esses that are popping through the mix. Could've used a de-esser plugin (e.g. TDR Nova) at around 6.5-8K frequency range to tame those harsh esses.
Also, there is a small timing issue at the last "And a song someone sings." Could've used 10 more minutes of practice time to refine it better.
Otherwise, it's pretty good. You did capture the essence and emotions of the original.
Is it better than Lacey's cover, however? No. However, it's a strong effort. 9/10 for me.
