Leaving Afghanistan does not mean that we are not in a "designated period of conflict." It is something that is decided upon by people in the government. Yes, it might affect their decision at some point, but that is not the standard. Until the proper authority says otherwise, in a legal way, we are still in the "Global War on Terror."
Thank you for this information, I have two year green card, do I have to file for removal of conditions or can i just apply for my citizenship without removing conditions?
You just file for citizenship directly. Just go through the steps in Episode 3, and you are good. Unfortunately, you will need to wait to get the N426 signed until your first duty station.
Currently, no, but please contact me through text, WhatsApp, or FB/IG messenger. I am trying to figure out a way for you to join, and I need people who are otherwise qualified for if I can attempt it.
Hello SSG, I'm about to ship out to Fort Sill for basic training. I will also be transfer to AIT in San Antonio. I'm in the Reserve so base on what you've said I can apply right after AIT when I will do my first drill weekend? Should I even try to ask during BCT or AIT ? Thank you very much
Currently, you are unable to apply in Basic or AIT, but if you want to try in AIT, the worst they can say is wait until you get to your unit. Please let me know how it goes, if you do try. Also, once you are back, you do not have to wait for drill, as you have already had paid days, so I would have it ready for signature as soon as you report back.
Awesome info. Thank you sir
My pleasure!
Hello sir,
Are we still considered in wartime even after withdrawal from Afghanistan. Thank you for your time

Oops! That second part might not apply to you! I mixed up a couple comments.
Can a daca recipient join the national guard and get citizenship if I have 9 months left on the daca card

I been in the US for the past 4 years, currently serving (11 months), am I eligible to apply for my citizenship now ??
If you are at 11 months of service, I am guessing you are out of your training? If yes, then you can absolutely apply.
Help me out . I need to join the army
I’d love to help!

Recruiters never know the answer
I have spent a lot of time doing research. Most people are not taught this info.
