The best job that I've had(my current job actually) is being a web developer and my favorite part about it is when you've finished a new feature and people are using it. Btw thanks for the awesome video!)
Before start living in Canada, I used to come to youtube to search for English conversations or lessons on things I wasn't sure about and still had trouble with. I literally stopped doing that since I came to Alberta in Feb 2020. My fluency came incredibly with watching Netflix. I watched 1 season of Stranger Things with subtitles and 1 season of Outlander because of the Scottish accent.. then I didn't need it anymore. Not even today. I understand English so much easier now. I'm soooo happy with that.
They really speak explicit and in a natural way as u hear from native speaker. Each and every their conversation is very useful and rewarding. Tanks a lot.
I think your channel is a very important resource for me in order to improve my fluency in English. Now I am quite sure I'm going to learn about different topics we have to use in our everyday conversation. I expect you will continue these types of educational videos which will definitely help us for fluent conversation in English.
My favourite job is teaching. I like working with kids, they help me to grow up professionally. Moreover, I like working in a staff with my colleagues to expand knowledge and attitude towards life
I watched one of your videos a few days ago and I require to say that It’s a very creative way to practice listening through a job conversation, I’ve been practicing English in a lot of channels in the UA-cam but none of them can teach as effective and easy as you do so I appreciate your efforts and truly wish you best of luck.
I only had one work in my entire 22 years life, and I still work in that company, I talk a lot with customers helping them with doubts and accounting orientation, thanks for that podcast I really enjoy it! I watch from Brazil.
The most interesting job I've ever had was being a movie/tv series extra. I had a chance to see how movies are made step by step and I got a chance to see many Polish actors. It encouraged me to work in the movie or tv production in the future. However, it was also the most challenging job I've ever had because movie sets usually starts very early in the morning (about 4 - 5 a.m.) and they last for at least 12 hours a day or even longer. The longest one I had lasted for 18 hours! However, I wouldn't have known that it requires so much effort to record a movie, If I hadn't worked as a movie extra.
i got a called to be a series sitcom extra. i was happy at a second, but turned 100% mad after knowing the shoot will be started at 6 a.m while i read the called at 7.30 a.m . what a poor me !! :(
The accents are completely different hahahaha. I'm more accustomed to the American accent because I watch more movies and UA-cam videos with this accent. So, that's an example: "listening American accent: OMG, I'm getting everything." "listening to British accent: OMG, what did this guy say? (crying)"
I heard this episode on your podcast yesterday and I came to watch it with subtitles because I didn't understand some parts and to check the parts that I understood. Thank you very much, Jack. You rock!

Those were where I became confident of myself because I was allowed to teach in my own ways. I chose the best-suited textbooks and worked together with my students. That was a very pleasant conversation. The company I work for (U.S Company) allows me to have 5 paid sick days and 10 paid days off. In Brazil we have 30 paid days off for vacation, all national holidays, and 15 sick days. If you got sick for more than 15 days, then the government will pay you for the rest of the days you need, for at maximum 6 months. You can also split your vacation like in 3 vacations of 10 days, or 2 vacations of 15, that helps a lot to keep the stress away.
