I had this issue and fixed it by hitting my keyboard on the desk.. not even joking.. But it's only a temporary fix because the problem keeps occurring and then seemingly randomly going away If anyone knows a proper fix it'd be much appreciated
the product isn't bad, the important thing in a keyboard are the switches, and sounds very good, but i always use the permanent leds, is probabbly a software issue
I figured this out. I had this same problem when I first got this keyboard last winter (December). After tons of trouble shooting it finally just stopped happening. It was an on and off issue until around March. It hasn't happened once, until yesterday, the third cold day this season where I live. So after getting frustrated, I thought maybe temperature affects it. I took one of those heat packs, that you activate, and just touched the keyboard to it for less than two minutes, and its fixed!!!! That doesn't mean its okay to have an issue like this one a $150 product but at least there's a solution.
I have a problem too My switch "Q" and "W" and my led are dead on my "N" key when use lightning effect. When use normal lightning (not use cue) this led works normaly Please fix it
are you serious ?

You could tried reinstalling the software, but as i can see, you replaced it.
