- This is a brief review of the recently aired anime Saving 80,000 Gold In Another World For My Retirement.

I love this anime. Pretty simple, balances humour and seriousness in right levels. Enemies at first glace seem like mini threats and ends up becoming an actual threats which is avoided through either guns, intelligence or both. Lacks over powered characters and enemies are NOT defeated by badly written plot armour. Heck even the actual super powers given to the MC are not OP just useful. And if you excuse me I need to isekai my way into another world to not get arrested for money laundering, committing fraud by claiming to be the messenger of lightning and scamming less advanced civilisations.
Finally an Isekai with pretty nice story and cute waifu❤❤. I usually ignore generic isekais after watching 1-2 eos. But I loved this one and finished it
The burst Beretta is a good choice, but she should have armed herself better. An MP5K, an AA-12, and an M4 carbine would have been useful. Also some teflon-coated bullets. Can't believe those goblins were bulletproof to 9mm. Some grenades, too, stun and frag. And some Claymores. Heck, an RPG, too.
Got into a discussion on another site; Mitsuha is 4'11" according to the LN. She'd have a very tough time with half the weapons on your list. For everyday carry, the 93R is probably her best option, being a burst-fire weapon that can be holster-carried, and the 9mm simplifies her logistics, since it matches her Walther PPS and S&W 940.
If she were intentionally and purposefully going into battle, then yes, an MP5K or M4 would work (and yes, the Wolf Fangs PMC trains her on those). AA-12, the ammo would probably be more than she could handle, and she can't handle grenades (in the LN, it's confirmed she can't throw past the safe distance so the Wolf Fang Cpt tells her to forget about those, since had those not been dummies, she'd have killed 5 of his trainers by now).

This is a very good anime, i can hardly wait for season 2.
Unfortunately, looking like not going to be an S2, so buy the manga/LN. If I'm wrong, then I'll be the first to jump for joy and issue a mea culpa.
