Very underrated character. To be chosen to be sasuke’s support is pretty ridiculous. And to be honest Karin had a lot of impact in every fight she was in with her healing abilities. She’s a top tier support
Yep , I guess the problem is that she doesn't have any other need to the plot except for lending others her chakra .
She can be _very_ useful at times , with her Sensory abilities , but let's be real , which female has actually had a great part in the plot except for being a love interest/ being in love the the main cast .
@@maddybg I enjoyed what she contributed to the show. She’s one of the first real support/sensory ninjas we get to see. And she’s really good too. I enjoyed team Taka way more than team 7.
She literally singlehandedly destroyed a statue that the third Hokage with infinite chakra and an entire army failed to do anything about. It's a shame the entire Team Taka got shafted so heavily. Each of them had something absurdly overpowered.

@@mariahzamora1662 Suigetsu has a great pool of genetics as well. In fact a child between them would have the same combination ability that Kabuto used to be invulnerable. He used Suigetsu's ability to negate all physical damage and even the things that can get past Suigetsu's ability instantly get negated by Karin's regeneration ability. Those two abilities together make for an almost unkillable enemy, which is why Itachi had to resort to Izanami.
Karin is one of my favorite characters.
Remember when Karin filled Tsunades chakra reserves and a few Chapters later used the chains and healed herself via bite

♥♥♥ People said she was worse than Sakura and Ino as a Kunoichi, when she is actually an equal if not more! She was and will always be my favorite kunoichi.
Omg I love karin too. She caught my attention in gaiden for being an emotionally mature character. She has every chance of being even stronger than even any of the kunoichi if you ask me. Too bad orochimaru only used her for experiments and did not receive any jutsu training. Whatever jutsu she has at her disposal is self taught and that's some epic shit going on out there

If I could make Karin take Sakura’s place on team 7, I would do it in a heartbeat. Karin’s a great tactician and thinks fast on her feet (evidence with her using Sasuke’s clothes to mess up a search for him and having BLADES in her glasses that helped her break out of prison) and she’s pretty much the only girl who never put up with Sasuke’s bulls**t despite having a crush on him and would put him in his place, something Sakura would never do. She could also be a sister figure to Naruto and bond over being the last of their clan!
karin is pretty and strong and from an amazing clan.. hope she will hav a child in the future..like what we all wanted to happen to kakashi sensei.. they're amazing people and hope they had their own kids so that their clan will be revived and continue..

Not that I'm a fan of couples or pairings, I'd rather have preferred Karin because she supposedly gave up on confessing her love for Sasuke just for him and his happiness...in spite of what it meant for her in the end. Even after all the hell Sasuke did to her, Karin still had the heart to think of him and wanted him to be happy in the end (would you want that for a person who literally stabbed you in the chest and almost killed you.) So, yeah, I'd rather take Karin's selflessness than Sakura any day...but that is just me.

One thing that would give me a little more respect for Karin is that just like how Hanabi would train Boruto & Himawari in the Hyuga combat style Karin should do the same in the Uzumaki’s Sealing techniques.

I know that's right, Karin was done dirty in the series; and not just with the whole Sasuke thing either, just her whole character and how it was developed in the series...and she's suppose to be the only known pure blooded Uzumaki, if so why didn't she receive the same treatment as Naruto.

Instead of wasting his own time on making karin this love slave of sasuke, why not delve deeper into her abilities and powers? Karin makes a very good support member if u add her in any team. Too bad she did not receive any training of any sort. Even basic taijutsu skills would have gone a long way for her. And personally, I think she should have been on the same level as Kushina Uzumaki in terms of wielding the chakra chains.

Even if we consider Karin as an average Uzumaki, she filled Tsunade's chakra pool of Biyakiya seal completely (WHICH remind you takes atleast 3 years of storing chakra everyday) nd she was still not feeling any fatigue, more so she went and destroyed Yamato's Wood Buddha statue which was out of control of Edo Hiruzen and rest of allied force...

How come we haven’t seen Karin and naruto ever interact. I would love to see her interact with Naruto’s family and maybe even show some sealing jutsu found with Orochimaru.
Well neither Karin or Naruto know there related, matter of fact I'm 100% certain Karin doesn't even know she's an Uzumaki, so without them knowing about that connection there wouldn't be anymore of a reason for them to interact then Naruto and jugo
@@thomassmith737 Karin knows he is an Uzumaki. When she analysed him in their first meeting she called him by his last name. And she definitely also knows that she is an Uzumaki. Not only is she a lab worker like Kabuto, but she knows her own abilities. Almost all her abilities are exclusive so they must come from a genetic heiritage. Add her regeneration ability + red hair and the puzzle is easy.

@@thomassmith737 First of all, the "mother" thing never happened. The entire filler of Karin's background story is not canon. Her canon story is very simply that her entire village was slaughtered and Karin was the only survivor due to her Kagura eye. This impressed Orochimaru and he took her to Otogakure.
Secondly, again, she has literally trade-mark abilities and attributes of the Uzumaki clan. She is a lab worker. It would be obvious to her that her abilities are unnatural. Her abilities were the reason she even survived the massacre to begin with. As if she would never question why she has all those abilities that match up with an extremely well known clan. It's an easy conclusion.
Also despite your filler comment not being canon, it makes no sense. Even at the age of 5 you would be able to comprehend that you are from a specific clan. Anyone, even in her former village, could have told her. Even if that is obviously not necessary considering it's dead obvious.

This isn’t confirmed but I feel naruto is really really closely related to hashirama and tusnade I say this because kushina states her self uzumaki special chakra is rare among even the uzumaki guess who was the first host of the kyubbi mito uzumaki your kids inherit your genes weather they are dormant or not it may skip a generation as well but you still inherit them. So if it’s rare then mito is closely related to kushina she might’ve but that’s just my theory

@@skiitheree8179 She does have a lot of chakra. The databook actually mentions that she has the typical insane chakra pool of an Uzumaki. Also of course her healing ability is limited. Her healing ability cures any and all damage and restores all chakra. Once it was known that she was an Uzumaki, Kishimoto even expanded on that. She healed a torn apart Tsunade, restored her chakra, restored her Byakugou chakra reserves, used chakra chains and then still had enough chakra to use heal bite on herself. She has a ton of chakra.

A team of Minato (or Third Raikage) and Gaara would be hard for Madara to beat. Two Uzumaki-level Sealers, a short-ranged blitzer, and mid to long range defense.
The team I would build with her as the medical ninja would have Gara and Kiba on it. Kiba and akamaru would be able to keep the big guy distracted while Gara did his thing in the distance. Karin would then be able to assist with either sealing techniques or healing the injury's of the other 3.
minato,itachi and karin minato super fast itachi have jadamirror and tocka blade with teleporting rasengan and karin there to refill itachis cakra supply ahhh how perfect team.
My first thought of a team with Karin would be Shikamaru and either Rock Lee or Neji. (I'm not including OP choices like Kage and near-Kage.)
If I could make a team with Karin it would be lee, shino, and Karin. And their sensei would be kurenai. Lee is short range taijuistu, shino long range and has tracking ability, and kurenai is a genjustu specialist.
Karin neji and might guy uchiha vs hyuga and uzumaki. Plus a taijutsu best would go hard while karin would attack from the shadows with the chain
If she's strong, than I guess Kushina and Mito are on entirely different levels, but it's ashame we rarely got to see their strengths. (Then again, the only Clan we've seen that had a fraction of development was the Hyuuga's. Outside of the Uchiha, of course.) Not only that, but Kishimoto written Minato, Tsunade (A Senju Clan member.) and Hiruzen with poor execution. The first two hokages had to be powerful in order to explain Madara (Holder of every deus ex machina to fight with.), and how he'd be rivaled. Yet, Kishimoto's poor excuse as to focus on everything revolving around the Uchiha was asinine to the story. "If looks could kill," would be the best way to summarize the entire "shinobi" war. I loved the series until the war, and wished things were different, but we can't change the past. All I know is... in the future, if I read a manga I particularly like again, and it starts to turn into something revolting to read, filled with useless chapters, I'll just quit it right then and there. I'll let the diehard fans tell me the rest.

That's the power of BS inheritance for ya. The series likes to talk about how hard work puts you on top, but the Uzumaki, Uchiha and Senju clearly show that all you need is good genes.

Also I choose a team of Guy, Karin and (maybe a controversial choice but) Shino. His chakra eating bugs seem like they'd be pretty useful plus perhaps Karin could keep Guy healed enough that he could use his gates for longer.
I really hope she trains Boruto. I know Boruto is already OP but I always hated that Naruto didnt mention that she is likely his "cousin". Naruto or boruto with sealing chains would be pretty cool or even if Boruto was trained to use Minds eye

I didn’t like how she destroyed the wooden statue because the Kages couldn’t do anything to it. I know they battled Madara earlier but they all got healed
I ship her with Nagato more than Suigetsu and I wished that she trained with Lee and Tsunade in Taijutsu and Medical Ninjutsu she would have been incredibly strong! With the Hundred Healing Seal she would have been able to summon the real size of Lady Katsuyu and her alongside Sakura would have been an unstoppable team
Not to mention that her mind eye of Kagura makes her immune to physical attack and can enhance those around her with it!!!!

@@paulocuento9949, Karin only fangirls with Sasuke. And Sakura is good to break any Genjutsu. She did got out of that weird genjutsu from the traps that Toneri set in Naruto The Last. The only problem would be Sakura acting selfish like when she tried to attack Madara on her own. But she can regenerate so as long as we don't fight a Naruto level opponent, my team would win. I personally would have water and wind release.

There would be no point in her learning Sakura's jutsu. Sakura's jutsu is a REPLICA of the Senju and Uzumaki regeneration ability. Karin has the original. Kabuto used it to become physically unbeatable.

@@juanmanuelmoramontes3883 Yeah but Karin doesn't know the chakra release ability to do what Tsunade does so she wouldn't benefit from that. Though her destructive power is superior anyway. Charkra chains can bind other Ninjutsu so she can nullify Ninjutsu defense on top of being a heavy hitter.

@@kawaki4441 Naruto in that mode can sense emotions though, not chakra. He can sense chakra in sage mode but he wasn't using it

@@kawaki4441 Naruto only beats her sensor skills in range. Karin has the absolute most detail and precision in her sensoring ability than any other character in the series Kishimoto went as far as to claim it is stronger than dojutsu when it comes to sensing. She basically has a pseudo-dojutsu.

it would have been interesting if instead of naruto , 9tails was sealed in kirin's uzamaki body. It would have possible for Minato to survive the 9tails attack on Konaha. Naruto wouldn't have been hated growing up. Maybe the Uchicha do not have a Coup d-ate. Perhaps the young genius Sasuke falls for the Jinuraki Kirin like Minato did for Kushina.. Lots of random what ifs!

Karin, Might Guy, and Sakura basically an inexhaustible eight gates Guy, Sakura keeps a slug on guy healing his injuries incurred by using the gate of death and Karin keeps Sakura in chakra when needed and distracts Madara with the chains draining his chakra in the process
Karin's healing power is superior to Sakura's in exchange for Karin only being able to heal two people a day while Sakura can heal an army but not heal vital wounds. Her heal bite restores chakra but is meant for regeneration primarily. It would make no sense for her to waste her healing on Sakura so Sakura can heal Guy with an inferior jutsu. Though I doubt even Karin could heal Guy. Only Naruto can.
I'm upset that Sasuke didn't end up with her. She has so many useful skills.
If they had a child then Sasuke wouldnt come home as much as he does with Sakura and sarada. She doesn't give him the love he needs/home to return to in his heart boi

Regardless of love, Karin is probably the person with the most OP natural genetic attributes to pass on that is currently alive in the series. If a child inherited her skills, they could have a sensor ability that even Kishimoto himself wrote is better than Dojutsu, automatic regeneration, an insane chakra pool, chakra chains and one of the best medical abilities in the series.

Sakura has an obsession over Sasuke for no reason (I’m not even being rude, Sasuke says it himself), meanwhile Sasuke saved Karin’s life. Karin says she only cares if Sasuke is happy, while Sakura broke apart her first friendship over Sasuke because they both liked him. Sasuke sees Karin’s abilities as useful but Sakura gets called annoying and says her abilities are worse than Naruto’s.
Yet who does Sasuke choose in the end? Sakura. In conclusion, Sasusaku, in my opinion is dumb, and Sasukarin, by all the points I mentioned, should’ve happened instead.
Sasusaku is better because Sasuke doesn't deserve Karin 🤷♂️

Karin and the mizu kage get a flying raijin mark. mizukage makes fog, the second can sense whats going on, and can teleport karin and the mizukage away should things go wrong. The acid jutsu can melt a susanoo. and karin acts like a battery for both of them, unless the second hokage is an edo tensei. banking on the fact that madara won't be able to see, while they can sense him.

My main 3 with Karin in it Will be Shodaime Hokage, Sandaime Hokage and Karin. Bye bye Madara. But a theory is telling that Sarada has glasses because Sasuke ate a lot of chakra of Karin. Meaning that chakra of people has ties to their DNA. That's why Naruto and his kids have the 6 lines on their face
