I saw maiden in Glasgow couple months ago and they blew the fucking roof of the place, barely a phone is sight, great show. Shame that most gigs people just have their phones out the whole time.

Bro we all were waiting in 100 degree weather for hours and to top it off Maiden started late, by the time they started a lot of people were just totally wore out. I was in the pit and was watching people drop like flies due to heat stroke, the crowd was screaming at Maiden to stop at one point to help a guy that fell but luckily security jumped in before that was necessary
You mean instead of taking mid quality video with mid quality audio? Especially with Maiden, who put out a live album/dvd about every other tour, you can just buy a UHD version.

Assuming you mean the screens on either side of the backdrop, they really add texture and little details to a lot of the backdrops. Sometimes they use them for video projection but mostly they're just there as a visual compliment. They're still keeping the theatricality.😊
I don't think Bruce liked all those cell phones seems like lots artists dont.I guess they feel kinda disrespected in a way plus the crowd from which i understand was very hot and probably didn't have tons of energy which is understandable
Yeah I just watched a video from Paris 1986 and they used the backing track intro even then. Weird.. Going to see them in 2024, I'd LOVE it if they played the intro live (even in the dark LOL). They could certainly pull it off, I have no doubt about that. @@mylovesongs2429
